Creating your Business Identity

A business identity is more than just a logo. Creating your identity is about becoming aware of who you are in your field of work, what is your message, and then creating visual tools that express these elements. In this interactive workshop, we will be exploring these different elements of your business identity, developing your own personal style, creating your “design” board, and learning what to know before working with a designer.

12 Steps to Business Start

This workshop is presented as a simplified series of steps ranging from creating your business name to developing your website to reporting and paying self-employment income tax. With this information, you will feel confident in understanding the process, and have the tools and resources to be able to start your own small business.

Conscious Business

We are entering an exciting new era in business! Conscious businesses exist for purposes beyond profit. A conscious business is one that focuses on expressing who the owner is by reflecting their personal values, beliefs, and vision, and operates in a way that benefits everyone. In this workshop we will explore the core principles of conscious business, the creation of new business models, and the development of your own practices for being a conscious business.

Would you like to share your personal and professional knowledge with others by creating your own workshops? Starting with clarifying your concept, learn considerations for organizing and marketing your workshop including finding the appropriate space and setting your fees. Then focusing on creating your content, we will explore learning styles, teaching strategies, lesson planning, and delivery of your material.
