Curriculum

These courses are intended for those who want their work to feel more aligned with who they are, want to feel greater fulfillment in their work, and want to express themselves more fully through their work. The curriculum program offers the exploration of work through a process of self-discovery. Using guided exercises, group work, and facilitated discussion, we will explore a variety of themes intending to focus, clarify, and discover each person’s unique self in the working world.

The Vision series are each 6-week programs of 3-hour weekly classes. The intention of the curriculum is: first, to provide a process you will clarify your vision for your work; second, to know your gifts and to create your inspired work; and third, to move your inspired work out into the world.

No tests, just learning
The courses are created to be experiential-based learning. Each person is unique and there is no test for being you.

Vision I: Clarifying your Vision

Are you wanting to find your real work? Not just a job, but work that feels meaningful and purposeful to you? The frustration for many is that they are trying to create work for themselves without FIRST being clear about their vision. A powerful vision paints a picture of the world that you can visualize. What is it you want?

Vision II: Realizing your Vision

Once your vision is clear, the next phase is bringing your work into reality. We will explore your unique gifts and strengths, and create ways to transform these into your inspired work. You have important gifts to give. What are they? What will you create to share them with the world?

Vision III: Living your Vision

Learning to recognize your resources, build community, and embrace your role as a leader will support you in moving your work out into the world. You will develop an action plan which will guide you on your journey to living your vision.
